The stage, nestled against the backdrop of the silo, hosts live performances including open-air concerts, movie nights, and seasonal festivals. A separate menu features

I love the idea of friends gathering with great food and great drink. Sharing stories, coming together as community and celebrating special family moments. The Silos sprang from a 30 year love of wine and spirits. We decided Celina could use a great whiskey bar, with a large selection of bourbons, tequila, and just about all the great spirits. We added a large wine collection for those that prefer a red or white. And to further adventure into story telling supplies, we added a fantastic cigar lounge. The icing on the cake is The Yard, an outdoor space with live music on the weekends. It’s been a dream to be a part of creating this and bringing what I believe to be a magical experience to this community. I look forward to creating educational wine and spirits tasting events, celebrating special family moments and bringing people together to share memories and create new ones. The Silos is a true authentic Texas experience, celebrating a piece of this great city’s history.

A passionate chef with over 20 years of culinary experience, Tony began his career as a Pastry Chef before discovering his true love for savory foods. His journey has taken him through a variety of kitchens, from hotels and fine dining restaurants to working alongside Michelin-starred chefs. Tony strives to create high-quality dishes that not only satisfy the palate but also bring great memories to everyone who dines at our restaurant. His mission is to elevate the dining experience and share his passion for food with every guest.
